WHY DO WE HAVE FREE WILL?

You are a planetary transformer. And for this role, you are gifted by the Creator with Free Will. God has given you the free will to move as far away from oneness with God as you want in order to awaken to your vast potential as a co-creator. You are being asked to transform the collective reality constructs of this planet by expanding your own limiting belief systems. On your journey, you will encounter feelings that are parts of yourself that reflect you are not yet freed into love. These feelings of separation will give you the keys to your transformative power.

What you call reality is actually a collective dreamfield, a holographic reflection of your limiting beliefs. As you process your personal experience of apparent separation, your pain, fears and doubts, the parts of you that you normally avoid or hide, hold the most powerful potentials and important tools for transformation. To be free, you have to confront directly our collective 'dreamfield' which is an evolutionary field according to the Mayan Oracle that expresses the unstated energy, issues, attitudes, and beliefs (and may I add the impossible dreams) of human beings and all things. For example, if people are not expressing their anger, chances are someone in their immediate dreamfield will “pick up” this anger and mirror it back so they can learn from it.

Duality is simply a perception. 'Duality' is the evolutionary playing field of developing consciousness, based on the framework of our polarized and transforming third-dimensional reality. The polarized warp and woof of this creational reality that acts as a backdrop for the cosmic (or comic-tragic) play of creation. Polarities make up duality and are thought to be opposites only because of the way we perceive them. As you personally integrate your polarities of good and evil, right and wrong, high and low, you are able to transmute your limiting beliefs, and your reality is transformed. As your reality is transformed, collective reality also shifts, revealing a greater reality of inseparable unity with the Source. You ultimately show how free you are in exercising your free will. And no matter what we have done while in consciousness of separation – which God knows has no reality to it – we will be welcomed with open arms when we decide to come back (Luke, chapter 15). We will be welcomed as the prodigal son in the Bible who has returned.

It is precisely this right to return to God that is the basis for calling God’s love unconditional, and if you think about it, without God’s unconditional love, free will would not be truly free. As Kim Michaels avers in his lengthy discourses on Free Will and Co-creation (www.http://askrealjesus.com), God has given you the right to try any role you can play in the “all the world is a stage” theatre. Yet no matter what role you try, the Conscious You will always be a formless being, a spiritual being occupying a physical body, one who has moved from a higher frequency to a lower, and thus you can choose to leave out a role (in the human drama of strife and conflict) any time, once you remember your divinity, and return to the Source.

Who restricts your free will?

The devil, not God, seeks to restrict your free will. God is beyond anything, good or evil, God is non-threatened, and that’s precisely why God has given us free will. Why is this so? Because the purpose of creation is our growth in self-awareness. Think about this carefully, asks Kim Michaels, a 21st century spiritual teacher who channels the ascended masters. What is our primary concern IN THIS WORLD? Well, it is of course, the results or consequences of our choices. However, Kim Michaels affirms that when a Christed being looks at our choices, what is its main concern? It is not the material results – they are just another castle in the sandbox of existence – our castles built on sand will naturally crumble, they are only significant as far as they impact their effects on our self-awareness. A material choice such as accumulating wealth may temporarily, negatively affect your self-awareness, but if it later turned into a learning experience, and you have decided to look at the beam in your own eyes, instead of seeing the beam in other people’s eyes by blaming them for all your troubles, it can greatly expand your self-awareness.

It is our self-awareness that determines whether we are in the kingdom of the Christ-consciousness –seeing ourselves as one with God – or outside the kingdom – seeing ourselves as separate beings. We were created with a certain level of self-awareness and although it was localized, we did not see ourselves as separate beings. We then had the option to either expand that self-awareness or to contract it. God does not expect you to make choices that are beyond your level of self-awareness. Nor has God created any law or condition that prevents you from completely transcending and leaving behind a limited sense of self-awareness. Transcend the previous limited choice if you will, for as Albert Einstein said, you cannot solve a problem with the same state of consciousness that created the problem.

Who wants to keep you trapped in this world and who wants to control you – God or the devil?

Actually this is a tricky question, as Kim Michaels continues, because it depends on what kind of God you are talking about. Let us start by looking at the devil. The devil or dark forces are obviously cut off from God and thus cannot enter God’s kingdom (unless they were to transcend their present level of self-awareness). As the ascended masters have taught for a long time, the dark forces cannot receive God’s light and in order to survive, they have to take light from beings who are still getting it from above. Yet the dark forces cannot absorb light of a higher vibration – they have to get it from us on the I Am Presence with a lower vibration – so how do they do that? Well, two obvious ways through: 1) fear, and 2) pride; fear being the perversion of the contracting force of the Mother, and pride, being the perversion of the expanding force of the Father.

If you look at the philosophies that say we are powerless, and could be permanently condemned, you see that they very cleverly appeal to both fear and pride in us. Who wants you to believe in the image of a distant and judgmental God? Or to be precise is it a being who wants to confine you to this world or is it a being who wants you to experience this world for a time then leave when you have had enough? If it is a being who wants to confine you to this world – to this third dimensional world then this being cannot be the real God, for the real God has given you a will that is completely free – It follows that we can at any time choose to begin the process of leaving separation and the material world behind. Allow me to add to Kim’s dissertation – to be free to leave this material world behind -- means to become the “body” that is crafted from the ignition and expansion of interstellar light within the chakra system and the cells of the physical body. Imagine, you still have your body in Ascension. This body exists in and out of our time and space and is able to travel freely between dimensions because of its demonstrated remembrance of its divine source. This is exactly what the ascended masters have been teaching, confirms Kim Michaels, since they started talking about the Ascension as a possibility for us. Kim has been channeling them.

Ha,ha,ha, difficult ideas to grasp? Try doing more daily meditations into the light until it becomes a nourishing habit by imagining yourself surrounded with a calming white light. Take all the time you need to fully sense the white light around you. Let noises come and go. Be fully Present in the Now. Feel that energy flowing into your heart area, relaxing and calming your emotions, then flowing into your mind, easing all mental tensions and anxieties. Ask your conscious mind to step aside,so you can flow in effortless movement, letting all things be, without judging or forcing. Experience yourself as transparent, with all sensations simply passing through you. Next,know that the deeper you go into your center, the more present and aligned you will be...next? you be in charge, I leave.

Free Will Means Total Responsibility

If it’s not God who wants to restrict your will; then it is the devil or the anti-Christ. Yet the devil or dark forces can’t do this directly through force, they have to do it through deception. This is another proof that our will is truly free. The devil cannot forcefully restrict your free will, to do that, he must deceive you, tempt you with a gift of power as it were. As Maitreya explains, in his book, none of us started out by taking embodiment
in a world as dense as what we see on Earth. We started out in a protected environment under the guidance of a spiritual teacher. Yet the spiritual teacher knows the goal of creation, namely, to expand on self-awareness until we become godlike, we become spiritually-sufficient, we become co-creators of God. Maitreya explains there would come a point when the student will take full responsibility for itself. If a student was not willing to do so, the true teacher would leave and withdraw from that student. And the student might begin to listen to the false teachers instead.

Action and Reaction

Kim Michaels: Okay, we have now come to the absolutely most crucial point in this series of discourses. It is a point that I myself saw only recently, and I have met many spiritual seekers who have not even started suspecting that this is how it is. I may seem like I am so smart (it took me 30 years to get this) but I am saying it to help you realize that this is a very subtle point. So watch your reactions because they will tell you something about the beliefs you have that block your understanding of what I am saying. Comment: after a series of centering in your being through deep relaxing meditations the blocks to understanding may have evaporated...positive thiniking.

As we know, everything in the world of form was created from one basic substance, namely, the Ma-ter Light. The light does not take on form by itself, a self-aware being must envision a mental image, a thought form that is then projected upon the Ma-ter light. That's how you interact with the Ma-ter light, and create your reality. Mater means mother, as you know. A little knowledge of Latin comes in handy at this time, hehehe. The Creator created the Ma-ter light and then created the first sphere in the void. So the Creator had complete freedom in terms of the mental images it could envision and this is what I mean by Creation. There is freedom of vision because there is nothing to which you need to react – there is no framework into which you must create. You are the Creator.

Now what is Co-creation?

The word implies that you are creating in context with someone else. In other words, beings with a higher self-awareness have already created an environment with certain structures and rules, and you are then exercising your creative powers within that framework. My personal example for this act of co-creation is having to compose a Horary chart within the framework of astrology, the mystical science of the stars, in answer to a question: What is a good day for my baby to be born? My dear client asks. She gives me a number of days to work on in this case, based on the prescribed dates given by her OB-gyne doctor who’s attending to her planned ceasarian section. I have had a previous experience of this, and it was tough for me to compose a possible birth chart then. The time I ventured to do this tremendous planetary work choosing a day out of a number of days for a soul to enter this world of density which would encompass her life destiny, made me sweat for several days. That first study was for Twins! But then I comforted myself I was simply going on a grand adventure...my Moon, Mercury conjunct Part of fortune in Aries in the 12th house of monastic seclusion gave me a quiet thrill (shhhh...) as I was delving into God's secret plan... working within an astro-cosmological framework, within certain structures and rules in exercising my creative powers...my creative powers? Gee whiz, not that one, please.

My higher light said, if I refused it, it would mean I was cowering in fear. My angelic spirit guide whispers -- May your mystical power, lotus of light, guide your cascading chrysalis of travel among the stars. I was now being instructed to go again into mystical alignment, to do self-acceptance, as I am a technician of the sacred, and go into direct connection with the Source. When I opened the book of the Mayan Oracle, I got the number Seven, the ray of mystical power, the foundation of the individual self freed from two points of polarity. My guide says: Your soul calls forth your ability to decode the hidden mysteries. Claim your mystical wisdom by acknowledging your personal relationship to the Source.Oh, well...

The consciousness of Seven puts theory to the test, asking for practical application of your mystical power. As a technician of the sacred (with the help of a fellow astrologer, Romy, my partner) I am asked to integrate the polarity of worlds into operant foundation, reducing the effect of malefic energies to operate, increasing the more harmonic ones...I love being an instrument to the creation of more beauty and splendor in a heavenly symphony for a soul that has taken the supernatural courage to re-enter this vale of tears to help in unlocking the Great Mystery manifesting through you...

In this kind of cosmic work, I conjoin Myth, Math, Metaphor, and Magic of the ancient Lemurians, the elements of Pure Intent to do it... and I definitely would need the heavenly support of my angelic guides. Why myth? Hope you don't mind studying more definitions here. Myth is a transitional metaphoric construct leading one to a more expansive, unified truth. Joseph Campbell calls myth as a “a veiled explanation of truth…the secret opening through which the inexhaustible energies of the cosmos pour into human cultural manifestations.” Jose Arguelles calls myth – “DNA x light.” During this time of possible reincarnation, this baby girl will have the North Node on 7 degrees Capricorn (watch the number 7 as it relates to Ray 7) revealing her as “a veiled prophet of power.” There are other powerful pointers given that makes it look like a great soul is coming into this world...our future is radiant with joy, and a generation of crystalline kids are already manifesting such glory early on. At the age of seven, a little boy is painting like Monet. He must have been Monet. A girl of ten is singing like an old celebrated Italian operatic star. But not to forget, these are great warriors coming from the Dark ages in our history their zodiac degrees say so...breaking through the heavy metal barriers of today's violent, drug cartels or plain fanatic suicide bombers...

Kim Michaels: The Creator God has complete freedom to envision any image it wants, but as a co-creator we do not have this complete freedom – we must envision within the framework in which we exist (which is actually a benefit rather than a restriction). This means that for the Creator there is nothing to react to before it creates, whereas for us as co-creators, we must first react to our environment before we can envision what to co-create. In other words, the essential key to co-creation is our reaction to our environment. For you to truly exercise your free will you must have complete control over your reactions. Anything that controls your reactions will also control your co-creative activities. Can you begin to sense the tremendous importance of this? Many people engage in the spiritual path have to take control over their reactions in order to produce prosperity, the riches of the soul, perfect health of mind, peace, or long life they seek to attain in this lifestream. With Ascension on going, it's possible.
