Are We Really Ascending?

On Nov 17, 2010, I got this report in Facebook. You are invited to a benefit program organized by the United Religions Initiative of Southeast Asia and the Pacific (URISEAP) – “Beyond Differences” --an interfaith, intercultural dance and music event, on Nov 27, Sat., 2010.
6- 8 PM, CAP building, Makati City. Featuring Dya Singh World Music Group (Australia) and Uncle Reg Blow (Australian Aborigine). Also dance and music from Bali, Cambodia, Malaysia, India, and the Philippines. This was signed by Ishilta Chasi, our Filipino URI Youth Ambassador. Am making this posting in my website, on the day after I went to see the concert that was performed last night, I will talk about it later.

I didn’t hesitate much, I replied to my young- old soul friend Ishilta, I was attending right there in Facebook where social-networking manifests daily. Then on Nov 23, North Korea began to shell a small island near the border of South Korea, killing two soldiers, two civilians, destroying structures. Tension rose high in South Korea and the Pacific region. On Nov 25, Thanksgiving Day, in FACEBOOK, I started getting messages from the Ascended Masters, to start with Jesus Christ. He goes: I give you many keys on this day to attaining your victory, encouraging you to be at Peace, for truly, all is well under the canopy of Light of your God Presence. Surely, we needed this assurance from Jesus himself, as news continued to warn-- North Korea remained on a provocative stance, as a nuclear-powered US aircraft carrier had steamed into the Yellow Sea to investigate the matter around the area. Now we are beginning to shiver even without snow falling on us. The Ascended Masters message continues: Reminding you of life’s first priority – fulfilling the Divine Plan of your Presence -- Jesus encourages you to give thanks to your Presence for all that Life has given you. (Aside) it’s indeed Thanksgiving Day.

I got thanksgiving day greetings from my friends in the USA, while thinking why does our own small-minded government keep issuing directives to celebrate certain events without including giving Thanks to the giver of Life? It seems, we are absorbed more in an attitude of asking God, gimme, gimme. It appears that this kind of attitude gets us nowhere fast. We keep saying, we are mahirap, and so we are, subconsciously we are claiming it as truth, implying that negativity will get us nowhere. We are not getting enough from the Source because we feel we are unworthy. Gladly, many of us are now emerging out of that box of limitation. We are now feeling powerful from the heart, more expansive, fully worthy to give thanks for blessings that are pouring our way…

On Nov 27, something miraculous was going to unfold in Manila, as a public declaration of URI, United Religions Initiative of Southeast Asia and the Pacific region that we are most thankful to the Source for all the blessings we have received, and continue to receive… Back to Jesus Christ: Give thanks to your Presence (it’s Presence, not some other Name, watch it) Then you will be fulfilled to overflowing with all that is necessary. For giving Gratitude and thanks to your Source primes the pump to allow for the greatest release of that Light into the world. Jesus explains how to bring Joy into your world by accelerating your Heart Flame and by looking into your future and the goal of your Ascension, allowing the momentum of that goal to carry you into the Higher octave of Light of your Presence.

“Communion with God must be a serious endeavor…” Lord Maitreya, June 25, 2004. The Fire of the Ruby Ray instructs you in understanding your true Divinity and ability to reach that Divinity. Don’t stray too long from the altar and the Holy Communion with your God Presence.

From Saint Germaine: The Great Ascended Masters of Love, Light, and Perfection who have guided the expansion of the Light of humanity on this planet from the beginning are no figment of anyone’s imagination. They are real, invisible, tangible, glorious, living breathing Beings of such Love, Wisdom and Power that the human mind gasps at the immensity of it. They work everywhere in the universe with complete freedom and limitless power to do naturally all that the average individual considers supernatural.

In truth, the Ascended Masters have been working by sending us Light, Love, Wisdom, and Power and those people who have responded with great enthusiasm now form the URI Southeast Asia-Pacific Region covering a vast area of the southern hemisphere covering seven countries: Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. In time, there will be more such circles as additional interfaith circles in other countries are in their founding stage and the number is growing. The Cooperation Circles engage in fostering friendships and cooperation between peoples of differing beliefs and practices. Through interfaith dialogues, visitations and celebrations, and through educational programs and the media, they are building bridges of understanding towards just and peaceful societies in the Pacific region. The Pacific Ocean, true to its name, will foster the Peace and Harmony, Light and Love we need to grow to cover the whole world to avert wars like the one that threatens us in the Korean peninsula.

“Religions have not only a calling but a clear moral responsibility to act for peace.” A statement from Bishop William Swing, Founder of the United Religions Initiative is flashed on a screen for all to read on the subject Ways of Peace: the Golden Rule. All major and known religions universally in agreement on the Golden Rule concept are cited: Jainism, Hinduism, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Sikhism, Christianity, Indigenous Spiritualities, Bahai, Unitarian Universalism.

Last night’s Music and Dance Concert displayed a number of amazing talents in the art of dance and music. All endeavors were done in the profused expression of love for the Creator of all life, unifying all diverse beliefs. Incredible to see at this time of acute materialistic goals. From the host country, Philippines, I was surprised to see the program opening with a group of young Filipino dancers do the difficult but terribly exotic Singkil, a dance of royalty in Mindanao folklore that involves Tinikling, a dance artform that requires highly skilled dancing feet while intricately tripping in and out between two fast clacking bamboo poles. A misstep could be disastrous. I thought only the legendary Bayanihan Dance Troupe that had won raves around the world for decades could give it justice. Between the mighty and masterful gongs of two young Japanese practitioners, the show ventured on to display more, much more amazing talents in dance and song.

The solo dancer from Bali, Indonesia where the famous Gandhi Puri Ashram works with interfaith youths to foster cooperation and understanding through various activites such as yoga workshops, and tree planting among others… this solo dancer showed such prowess in executing his art that the audience was totally hushed while cameras kept clicking their lights away, even children used their cellphones to take videos of the entire dance sequel, much to their squeaking delight as they followed the dancer’s snappy, quick eye movement harmonizing with the rest of his body’s language. Now I know what the Masters mean by giving mere mortals supernatural power when they are into the adoration of their Mighty Elohim through dance and music. I speak of the powerful dancer that came from enchanted Bali, favorite destination of western tourists, where you see the magic of a religious ritualistic dancing in ballet and acrobatic form, blending with the richness of texture, vibrancy of colors and exquisiteness of design all flowing in total Beauty, Peace, and Harmony in the languid dancer’s fabric.

All the other dancers and singers performed in their own fully inspired, astonishing way despite lack of time for rehearsals. What’s of prime importance for this self-motivated and self-organizing groups that are over 400 Cooperation Circles now in 65 countries is creating safe opportunities for dialogue, sharing and action, providing a global network for communication and knowledge sharing, offering a community of hope and positive vision for the future. Perfect vision for a Golden Age of Aquarius that’s coming.

The stunning evening concert had elicited shouts of Bravo, Bravo, Bravo from the captivated audience. Inspired by the Living God, last night’s multi-national, multi-diverse faith congregration joined the dancers, singers and musicians in crying out, hands locking each other in long lines, at the Finale, praying in English led by the Australian elder. It is similar in spirit to the I AM decrees in Adoration of the Living God given by the Ascended Masters. Pour forth Thy Light-giving Power and fan the Spark of Thy Divinity on the Altar of our Heart Flame and let It be magnified by the Fire, Breath of Thy Holy Spirit!!!

Manifest Thy Light for our Regeneration, Humanity’s Regeneration, and let the Breath, Height, Fullness and Crown of the Solar Radiance of the Sun Behind-the-Sun appear, I face Thy Eternal Sunrise and receive Thy Mighty Radiance and Activity visibly manifest in my experience of this beautiful concert of the United Religions Initiative tonight! Manifest Thy Power and open for us all in this multi-faith and united congregation, that innermost Temple of Almighty God within this celestial Fire!!!

For the Bali religious ritual there was a priest in attendance behind the dancer by the altar at the stage’s center, holding a vase of burning fire finally exploding it on its altar, with the clay vessel at its base gently breaking into pieces on the dancer’s head later showering around him what I perceived were white petals of flowers at the culmination of this exquisitely extraordinary dance ceremony. Below, we were all in exaltation,joined in prayer.

THE MYSTERY

From the Yahoo News, I see among other current common, blatant, completely obvious news stories, easily understood by all, a galactic news about cats that scientists of MIT and Princeton University have just uncovered. It's about the secret of how cats lap water or milk with such elegance, a phenomenon that happens so fast it cannot be followed by human eyes. The researchers are amazed, but mystics like the great poet William Blake understands way back in the 16th century that it is the divine breath giving life to all creation, uplifting cats and tigers into a form that is magical and mysterious created by the unseen essence of solar energy. It is the unseen energy that penetrates into form to enliven, to purify, and inspire us --something of that unknown quality or mystery was recently discovered in cats.

Cats, we see all around us, they are either precious and beautiful creatures to us which we love to cuddle, or they are a nuisance to us, some creature you’d like to throw a slipper at, or spring a cup of water to drive them out, complaining of their noisy meewwwing coming from the neighborhood. Why would some of us love cats, and others not so emotionally disposed? They simply draw the love or the annoyance in Tagalog the inis in us by their constant mewmew, their insistence in being around us when we’d rather be left alone, but they embody the concept of presence.

Presence is an expression of beingness, a creator of intimacy. It has to do with being wise in your simplicity. The cat is like that, it embodies our capacity for simple beingness, because from the simple beingness of being magnetized by a cat, your true identity emerges. This is the "beauty way," the ability in us to see intrinsic beauty within ourselves and in all living things. Living the beauty way requires being in your full beauty and power. From this place, the Maya teaches, your self-authority naturally flows. This is the position where your ego is aligned with the Divine will.

When you are standing in your full beauty and power, your very presence invites others to be all that they are. To the Maya, the beauty of nature is represented by the deer, or other animals like the cat that are gentle, serenely aware guide who walk in fluid beauty and grace, opening and revealing. The energy of the cat or tiger helps you to manifest spiritual skills like walking softly in stealth, without being detected, and drinking liquid without sucking it, as a scientific research will reveal later. In each incarnation we bring certain spiritual skills such as that of cats, elegance and beauty, more so, high intuitive power or oracular divination. You have chosen certain gifts and tools that offer you a way to interact with others and your life process.

This may be as simple says the Maya as calling on your innate wisdom and insight in order to see clearly the gifts in the tools you carry. You are worthy to receive these tools, allow the beauty wave called Manik to wash away any remnant of unworthiness that you may fully receive the gifts that are your birthright to use and enjoy. Observe how the gorgeous animal the cat shows us how she uses and enjoys its birthright by being stately,and elegant, without the remnant of unworthiness. The cat shows us her pride and integrity by being alone and independent, unlike the dog that follows his master around, although that does not diminish the dog's worthiness.

No matter how things may appear, support and nourishment are always there; however, there is a gift in what is perceived as absence, when support and nourishment may not always be present at this time of transition from lower to higher vibration levels. The primordial Mother is asking you to trust more fully, to make a deeper connection to the primal source. For to the Maya, the primordial Mother represents the alligator/dragon, the primordial creatures whose roots go to the very beginnings of the planet Earth, later to be succeeded by the cats and tigers. Because we have to ascend to the higher spiritual realms of joy, peace, beauty, and splendor.

Maybe, just maybe, I may sound weird to you, why, do I engage you in this kind of blogging on cats? You have no time for this, you are too busy to bother about cats? Why do I bother to talk about cats, giving a subtle reference to a galactic wind, a beauty wave, the Spirit that moves through all things, especially cats, the unseen essence of solar energy? Just why? To answer this, you have to be in Presence.

Presence is being open, aware, and in the now. Presence is “being there” where your cat is. Look into the beautiful eyes of a cat, and you will see Presence. I have always been mystified by its beautiful eyes, and its entire soft furried, graceful, huggable body. Presence is as simple as a beautiful angora cat (see above). It is being caught in the moment by the beauty of nature.

In meditation Presence is your natural state of being. When you are present, your heart feels open, charged, full. When you are present, whether alone or with another, or with your pet cat, you are loose and you are relaxed. Time may seem to slow down. We are now poised in a time when duality (good and evil) is transforming into unity. The great poem “The Tiger” by the immortal mystic poet Wm Blake I will use to illustrate that unity in a short while. Thus, the polarities held in relationships says the Mayan Ik, our male (strength and aggression) and female (gentleness and compassion) aspects – even the manifestation of karma – are all changing.

We are moving into a time when the polar or opposite aspects of all things are coming together in truth. You are the morphogenetic or creative field for the integration of the larger patterns of duality. From the loveable domesticated cat we move now to the larger field of wildlife. Look at the Power and Beauty of the eyes of a tiger, another feline that’s much bigger and much more perilous to handle. When you are confronted by the clashing square of transiting Saturn (karma, integrity) on your natal Pluto (transformation), astrologically, it’s an experience that is similar to riding on a tiger and holding it by its tail. The experience is like struggling against chains that hold you down. Pluto rules breakdown and rebuilding. And that is exactly what you are forced to do. If you do it voluntarily, it will be easier.

Tiger, Tiger burning bright in the forest of the night
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?

….
And when the stars threw their spears. And watered
Heaven with their tears
Does he smile his work to see? Did he who made the lamb,
made thee?

A literary critic makes a comparison here of God and a blacksmith. Both God and the blacksmith made things that kill such as animals, people, and weapons of mass destruction. The poem is just a brief description of good and evil, “what the hammer? what the chain?” means what the hell, what the earth? The poem “Tiger” is not about the tiger, as most people assume, says the commentator, but about the Creator.

But we are in enigma about cats. We are in fact, in a deep mystery about these small and big cats, just like William Blake was, that renowned English pre-romantic mystical poet who was, and is, as great poetry always Is, enamored of the tiger, a big cat,initially or so it seems, but ultimately, of its divine Creator.

To make less abstract and more concrete, the Mystery about cats: US researchers explain on Nov. 12, 2010, Yahoo news – “How Cats Lap Liquids with Elegance.” Fact is, we have often wondered about the secret of how cats lap water or milk with such elegance, ahhh, the elegance of a cat which we’d like to manifest in ourselves -- a phenomenon that happens so fast, it cannot be followed by human eyes. Cats are among many species that unlike humans cannot close their mouths and create suction. With the help from a high-speed video taken at a feline’s lapping liquid, researchers at the Massachusett’s Institute of Technology (MIT) and Princeton University found that household cats and larger felines like tigers balance gravity and inertia as they imbibe liquids.

Scientists already knew that when cats insert their tongues onto a bowl of liquid, the top surface of the tongue touches the liquid first, then the tip curves like a letter J to form a sort of a ladle. Video: Ninja cats show off stealth. Cats unlike dogs aren’t dipping their tongues into the liquid like ladles after all, read a statement from MIT Dept. of Civil and Environmental Engineering. As it does so, a column of milk forms between the moving tongue and the liquid’s surface. The cat then closes its mouth, pinching off the top of the column for a nice drinking, while keeping the chin dry. The liquid column is created by a delicate balance between gravity which pulls the liquid back to the bowl, and inertia which in physics refer to the tendency of the liquid or any matter to continue moving in a direction when another force interfered. .

The cat instinctively knows how quickly to lap in order to balance these two forces, and just when to close its mouth. If it waits another fraction of a second the force of gravity will overtake inertia, causing the column to break, the liquid to fall back into the bowl, and the cat’s tongue to come up empty. Wow, what an acutely mathematical, magical creature! It speaks eloquently about the nature of its Creator.

Cats average about 4 laps per second with each lap bringing about 0.1 milk of liquid, the researchers said, adding that larger felines lap at a slower pace. Back to William Blake’s “Tiger, Tiger”, to lap in the liquid of life like the tiger, allowing yourself to be the form and conduit of God energy:

In what distant deeps or skies

Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when the heart began to beat,
What dread hand, and what dread feet?
