‘THERE IS NO MATTER’ -- Albert Einstein

Kabbalistic  Teaching  says that the spirit of a person is at first pure and naïve. That it has no other experience than the cosmic World  of  Creation wherein it was brought into being.  Here it resides with many others who are destined to work with it, until it is required to descend to the Subtle World below into what is called the Treasure House of Souls.   Here, we are told, the spirit is enclothed in a subtle or planetary body prior to being incarnated  into flesh.
Tradition  states that the spirit-soul is very reluctant to descend, so the infant cries out loud,  “O whoa!”  in angry  resistance,  at the moment of birth, because it is quite happy where it is, but it is told that it was created for a special purpose and it has to pass through the experience of physical existence in order to complete knowledge of all the Worlds.  Reluctantly the entity descends into birth and soon loses all memory of its prenatal existence  in the Spirit World, although from time to time, it does remember something about another life, another world as it occasionally comes out of the preoccupation of physical being.  Serious studies done by doctors on near- death- experiences of dying patients have shown us in books, reports of a similar human instinctive yearning to be part of a supernatural existence after life’s end, and when refused to enter heaven, because it’s not yet time, returning to earth- life would seem like a huge difficult barrier to hurdle  as one’s own natural instinct is to live in blissful vibrational, high frequency surroundings, where the spherical music of eternal essence of love, beauty, splendor abounds  exquisitely close to sacred angelic company in the astral fifth  dimension….

Taking  the allegory back to its astrological connection  where Heaven and Earth meet Astrology connects Religion (awareness of divine Spirit origin)  with the Empirical (awareness of physical, mundane reality) it can be said that  the moment of conception when the two physical parents mate, is when the biological vehicle of the fertilized cell is fused with the bottommost part of the Tree of the Spirit, the center point of the Tree of the Subtle Body and the topmost point of the Carnal Tree.  Here the spirit and the soul are linked to the flesh. Trinity of Life! Thus the Tree of Life emerges from a Triune God. No wonder I am so fascinated with forests – trees!  And also trines, triads, 3’s
Aside:  as I was born with a Grand Trine between Part of fortune in Taurus with Jupiter in Virgo and Midheaven in Capricor, I seem to flow towards an understanding that I am subtly mandated to transmit this macrocosmc knowledge of the Tree of Life that comes in flowing triads, trinity,  to those who would find time to read me Online, in my blog web Forest of Stars.  Trinity and One God has always been a mystery to people.
Take note: the word ‘Forest of stars’ refers to the myriads of stars in the Milky Way galaxy where our planet Earth belongs in a solar system …  In my birth chart I have a Grand Trine superimposing a simple laid out chart of 5 conjunctions, 5 trines and 1 square, all major aspects, minor 1 sextile with no oppositions or quincunxes.  Looks  like an uncomplicated life pattern.  What makes my birthchart  complicated is that it carries on top of its favorable pattern of simplicity and balance  Uranus rising on my Ascendant in Aries, with Part of Fortune in Taurus in a Grand Trine, in first house of identity,  with Jupiter in Virgo, fifth house of creativity, love, a liking of the symbolic abundant life, rich in mythical gardens of flowers, fruit trees,  and the Midheaven in Capricorn, meaning I may gain some semblance of public  recognition for my work later in life if I must work hard mentally, spiritually  through stumbles and falls, and getting red in the face having a Uranus on my Ascendant in Aries.  Aries is a fire sign, ruled by Mars, I am a Uranian type of person who can be revolutionary trying to figure out  the connection between the trine aspects connecting the Spirit World, the Subtle World of soul, and the Physical World of matter even at the risk of being misunderstood.
The Arabic Part of fortune in Taurus in a flowing Grand Trine helps me understand that in consciousness I am prepared to do this macrocosmic work, am probably an ancient soul able to handle this hard stuff as to maneuver it, that I can agree with Einstein about planets in trines make for resonance, harmonics, rising frequencies...
…my joy in doing this research is my good fortune. It’s not a walk in the park to elucidate or make lucid how these three worlds, the Spirit World, the Subtle World of the soul, and the Physical World subtly operate in resonances or in dissonances producing the music of the spheres. Taurus energy is one of peaceful existince in tune with nature's forces and can be a very ''giving'' sign, the more I try to soothe and settle the discontented  people in my life, the more I will unsettle my own peace if I have a negative identification with my Taurus other side which is Scorpio...I can cooperate best with Taurus energy by learning to live and let live, appreciating all the fullness that exists in life. Scorpio's intensity, does not have to manifest negatively.  I am no physicist but perhaps I was one in another lifetime, if I know my astrological map having been born Moon Phase 27, and with Uranus rising, Aries Ascendant square Pluto I must not struggle for an inherent bravery pushes  me onward so that i am able to transcend all of my self-doubts ...my great successes come from realizing  that this Aries  energy is strong enough to give me independence.  While  a Venusian energy in me seeks a nerdy partner who's Uranian at home with Aquarian technology or computer equations... People often misunderstand that the Aries energy forces the one  who's operating under its powerful thrust to reject the opinions of others and keep to his own course. I must  work on my Faith as its most powerful sense of harmony and mental order allows my Taurus  Part of fortune  to see directions very clearly.  Yet I must be non-judgmental, simple, not simple-minded, be a pillar of equillibrium, if possible, and work with an adequately abundant enthusiasm, that plows through this order because of a zestful approach to life.  I am a creature of desire, even desire for the truth and without that desire I wouldn't be able to set my goals.  While advancing in knowledge I can be at  least one chapter ahead of my symbolic  class as I teach to show we were wrong in assuming Matter is everything, but that Matter is nothing but energy. There’s nothing here but energy.  Between heaven and earth. Energy carries the law and the law regulates energy…somehow I learned to gravitate around this definition of astrology when I am asked, what is it that I am doing…

Through a sedate Saturn at one with optimistic Jupiter in a Kabbalistic  type of astrology I learn  that to enjoy life one must learn to be balanced, and not lap up sensual pleasures as though there’s no tomorrow and speak,  Begone (hahahah laughing with a presumably misunderstood Buddha)  all ye dull, staid moralistic  Christian teachers!  Lately I heard of a superactive astrologer who has spoken to admit our free will is not altogether free!  For an astrologer it takes stumbles, and falls to understand the workings of an empirical astrology separated from religion which is just totally  experiencing life in all aspects of good and evil, fate and destiny  and that on the other hand,  in surrendering to a Supreme Principle that creates out of love,  freedom comes when one  flows with All that is.  Living a life of a stigmatist with miraculously bleeding hands in simplicity  and humility Padre Pio could be in two locations at the same time, heal the sick, make the blind to see, and command a raging sea to calm down and be serene like how Jesus Christ did it, who also rose from the dead as well as made dead Lazarus to rise.
For there’s nothing here but Energy, Vibrations. Frequencies that carry the Laws of the universe, that regulate them to make miracles happen whenever we resort to heartfelt prayer in the midst of turmoil, peril, as in the recent case of supertyphoon Ruby/Hagupit  this early December, 2014,  when Filipinos stormed heaven with prayers asking forgiveness for sins of failing as stewards of nature, mother earth intentionally or ignorantly  violated, remembering that t'was only last year November 2013 when super howler Yolanda, some 230 kph devastated Tacloban Leyte, and nearby provinces, swallowing up thousands of lives in sea surges rising to seven or nine meters high, leveling villages down to the ground. A repeat of this  unspeakable tragic disaster drove Filipinos to their knees. their snail-paced  government has not restored housing adequate to resist the destructive force of even a lesser Yolanda.  Repenting, and praying unceasingly, we saw the gradual dissipation of Typhoon Ruby’s  powerful force from 205 kph reduced to a mere 40 kph  making  first landfall, in Samar, then second, third, fourth, fifth landfalls in a series of weakening bumps on a row of islands in a space- time of three days  hitting last Batangas to make for Manila, its obvious goal.   Finally gasping for breath here in metro manila Ruby came just raining, we hardly felt her arrival, the storm limped  to revive itself by exiting to Vietnam, China…We haven’t heard from the local meteorologists as they were stumped and couldn’t explain what happened except that the amihan or coldfront above RP was pushing  Ruby’s movement down ...  An American scientist working in Japan was amazed at Ruby’s unusual behavior slithering from island to island like a weakening snake… report came from Twitter with a video.

The image of God is not God although it might reflect all the Divine Attributes. So it came about, says Z’ve ben Shimon Halevi, author  of  now classic book The Anatomy of Fate,  Kabbala and Astrology.   Tradition tells us, ten basic aspects of Divinity emanated  out of Nothing  into manifestation.
In hardly any other area of religious studies today does so much disagreement prevail as in that of astrology.  What does Astrology have to do with religion?  Does it not belong wrongly understood, in natural sciences particularly to astronomy? These questions are often asked as one speaks of astrology.  But in the framework of spiritual interpretations of the natural sciences as well, astrology has again become current in the past years and decades. The idea that astrology attempts to join a basically mythical world view with scientific observation can serve as a guide.  If astrology is a tightrope walk between religion and scientific astronomy, then we already have a first definition according to a noted German author of Astrology: Religion and the Empirical, Dr.Gustav-Adolf Schoener, translated by Shane Denson.

In as far as it views cosmos, humans and nature as being reigned over and guided by powers and forces from beyond, astrology is religion.  All the events in the cosmos and earth are linked together by an invisible magic bond.  Only on the basis of this mysterious magical connection can astrology assume that the stars have something to do with the course of our lives, with our talents and weaknesses.  In this regard, astrology is related to the nature of religion, assuming that nature is inhabited and governed by magical powers, demons and gods.  Each planet and sign of the zodiac is the expression of a particular god or demon.  But astrology is also accepted by religions which know only one Creator-god like Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.  The Jewish Kabbala is integrated with Astrology as we are able to see in this posting.  Then the many star-gods become angels and demons which are subordinated to the one God and understood as “instruments” of God.
Astrology has its roots in the first known cultic reverence of the heavenly bodies .  We can find this at the ancient Sumerian cuneiform which is initially a pictograph sign that was developed in the Mesopotamian region, around 3000 BC around the area of present-day Iraq.  Later pictographs were transformed  into the ‘‘line-form”  a symbol  for “God,”  a star- shaped arrangement of lines. One could conclude from this that “God” and “stars” have the same linguistic root in the Sumerian cuneiform. Later Babylonian and Assyrian inscriptions reveal a connection between “God” and “star’’ in constellations as well.  This is also the oldest reliable record in which stars are provided with names as known to us, from around 1800 BC . The basic principles that make up astrology is outlined in the book , now a classic, The Anatomy of Fate: the Kabbala and Astrology by Jewish Zen ben Halevi . It is closely and clearly related to the ancient cultic reverence of the heavenly bodies tied to observational science. It is a heartfelt faith that the cosmos is divinely ordered and governed, that everything which happens in the heavens and which is calculable stands mythically in close relation to events on earth.

The Tree of life (Fig. 3 in book Anatomy of Fate; the Kabbala and Astrology by Halevi) is an arrangement that contains many levels of operation and flow. The planets associated with each Sefirah have been inserted to give some insight into the first principle, although they are only a faint replica of these Divine potencies in the Subtle or Astral level.  It is upon this basic design that all the Universe and its creation are modeled.
We are not going to penetrate, in this posting, too deeply into the nature of the Tree, but simply sketch out the general scheme so that we can see how the principles apply in different Worlds and so perceive how the microcosm (lower worlds) resonates with the macrocosm (Upper worlds).  The rest of the Tree of Life is composed of the greater and lesser Triads.  The greater are made up of, besides the topmost or Supernal Trinity, the principles of Mercy, Judgment and Beauty which occupies the middle zone, with the principles of Eternity, Reverberation and Foundation which form, with the kingdom at the bottom, two lower Triads.
The lower Worlds we are told were created out of the first Eternal one because it was so Unchanging . As a perfect World there was no movement, therefore there was no development  or space for action.  Tradition tells us, God set in motion Creation, so that a greater distance might be made in which God could view the image of God more fully.  The Creation emerged out of the Perfect World of Divine Emanation.  This was to be the second world of the Greater World that has their origin in the four levels within the World without End.
According to Kabbala the second World of Creation is the first level of separation. This is the first true remove from the direct contact with the Godhead.  Here begins deviation, contrast, conflict and choice.  But this, we are told, is Divine intention, because it makes for—as one Tradition puts it --a much more interesting cosmic game.  This element of choice and hazard, and the temptation of evil, is also to test the good and strengthen the weak, because how can the good prove to be so and the weak grow?
