QUO VADIS?

WHERE ARE YOU GOING, PHILIPPINES? The solar return chart of June 12, 2015, shows Neptune the planet of the Divine Heart, mercy, compassion which is angular in First house of identity for the Filipino as a Soul.  On 10 degree Pisces, it says that we, as a people, are stubborn in our pursuit of the Laws hidden behind Nature’s appearances. WE have hard and efficient work; we have an uncommonly sharp and analytical mind; we have practical sense, perhaps marred by a certain routine; we have a gift for exact sciences, especially in Physics, young Filipinos kids have excelled in mathematical Olympics in Asia in recent years.  Chemistry, or better yet, Alchemy, which is healing of the Soul, more on the latter, since we are Neptunian in character, meaning amorphous, formless, more on the side of Spirit than Matter, more magical than material, more prone to diwatas, babaylans, manghuhulas, more to exorcism, less to mechanism, but all these can be overturned to the other side, the materialistic side, and it can be overwhelming in terms of greed for power, money and corruption, as Duality on earth is  exemplified by its Gemini-Sagittarius polarity that is embedded in the Filipino’s psyche in the June 12 nationalist chart.

All angles of the Solar Return annual chart of 2015 are in Mutable signs, however it's unlike the independence chart of June 12, since it has Moon, Jupiter, and Venus in Fixed signs, showing more stability, more maturity, more integrity.  We are showing great progress in consciousness in this SR chart of 2015, but will face more challenges in a way to prove that we have arrived, we are going in the right direction of ascending to greater heights. The Philippines has become an economic Tiger in Southeast Asia, we have to prove to ourselves and to the world that we are not a paper Tiger, but solid and strong enough to fight for our own Place in the Sun, and not led by wishy washy leaders.  Fixed signs are lacking in the June 12 chart, with only Mars that in a Fixed sign.  Given there is an impression of constant motion, of a lack of stability which the karmic pattern of June 12, 1898, independence chart of the Republic of Philippines provides for a reason, we needed to explore the Earth at the time, for we have the chart of an Ancient Explorer.  As long as the Aries-Sagittarius Filipino acts on his inspirations he will be happy, even if occasionally he gets knocked on his head by a falling coconut while gazing at a distant star, since the Arien head does not require much time for deliberation, he can be valuable in a Sagittarian or foreign assignment where quick thinking is a prerequisite, bahala na ang Diyos!. Think about that -- the Pinoy may be lost in the woods of the world for a while, but he knows within him is a God who takes care of him and makes him a champion of Mother Earth's causes. This is the Piscean Neptunian divine essence in him.

The greatest danger it says here in the 2015 Solar Return chart with SATURN in 00 Sagittarius is a certain tendency to get into scrapes through association with reckless people.  Who are these reckless people? We see SATURN the conservative principle of cosmic Law and Order, Retrograde most elevated in 9th house, of foreign countries, cultures, religion, higher mind, in this Solar Return chart conferring an unruly imagination which may run away with the native at times, and indeed, the ones governing the country have done a peace agreement with the local terrorist rebels that has disturbed the common natives like you and many, many others.  Where other astrological data fit into the picture of a rebellious and knavish character, this may go so far as to mean penal condemnation, as a result of conspiracy and murder of the 44 SAF young officers in Mamasapano, Magindanao, on Jan.25, 2015.  In charts evidencing that kind of “legalized villainous act” which is the birth-mark of cops and detectives, there will be the obvious risks attending such professions. In an honest and law-abiding nativity, danger will derive from other people’s light-mindedness, referring to the executive chief’s mind, this First degree of Sagittarius where SATURN the planet of Karma suggests serious losses, incidents harmful. There will be a religious sense and a certain philosophic wisdom even in the bobby, lightening the burden of life and suggesting ways of making the best of it.

With CHIRON the wounded healer, on 21 Pisces opposition BLACK MOON on 22Virgo from First house of self to Seventh house of partners, what is suggested here is a nightly duel of two ancient crusaders.  A rugged, proud and mettlesome individualist, there is a strong religious feeling, where, however charity is not up to the level of hope; conservative idea, respecting mankind’s deeply rooted mistrust of novelty, yet he contradicts himself for as a sensuous and strong character, he knows what he is aiming at and states it with a self-possession bordering on impudence as dark as the Black Moon of a mixed gender.
The native’s silly vanity plays him/her into the hands of anyone who knows how to flatter her.  Should other components exclude the danger of irreparable scandals, this stems from an erotic degree, or diverge its forces to a spiritual plane, the native’s charm may make her/him a guide of society, in which direction, or which flock is likely to be led, only the whole of the pattern may decide, whether it is towards good or evil. Or confused, nothing is evil, there is no demon, except perhaps her erotic partner, as they are perceived to be “ancient crusaders dueling in the night.”  For this 22 Virgo degrees where Black Moon sits, symbolizes, a semi-nude lady with a lamb and a kid on her shoulders. Western astrology and Chinese strology called "fung shui" have similar animal symbols for the Year of the Ram.  On the other hand: there is another side to the Filipino psyche which is even harder to define as it belongs more to the Spirit than ageing matter.

In front of strangers, the Filipino’s behavior will be cautious and reserved (Neptune conjunct Ascendant on 2 Pisces, negatively aspecting Midheaven, semisquare Part of fortune in 2nd House of finances sandwiched by Uranus 20 Aries and Moon on 00 Taurus 27 ). Watch that configuration for it agrees with the promise of the 4th House Moon in Aries in flowing trines to Uranus and Saturn conjunct in Sagittarius, Retrograde in Philippine June 12 1898 independence chart.  Retrograde Saturn and Uranus point to past-life-time continuum of acceptable, abundant real estate conditions.

It’s time to be rich for Pinoys regardless of who are our leaders now.  Sure enough, the ratings of the sitting President have sank to new lows owing to a suspected mental aberration in his hidden autistic side, while the economic ratings of the country have risen to new highs, in spite of him, and his ill advisers.   Based on statistics of the stock market in recent months, years, we are now a Tiger in Asia, once regarded as the “sick man” of Asia, next to China whatever merits that figures out, it only accentuates our people’s poverty.  Again, it’s nebulous NEPTUNE that’s bringing us Up There and that's a great divine gift to a myriad of beautiful big islands and thousands small ones  "where saints dwell" in Asia, says a well known Pontiff. There on the list of IMF, the Phil. has been added where economically bereft countries in Europe can borrow money. Luck does not just come from JUPITER or VENUS, cosmically regarded as planets of the Masters indicative of collective good deeds done in humanity’s karmic past.  In the United States independence chart Jupiter of July 4, 1776, its Sun is sandwiched by Jupiter and Venus, the greater and lesser luck planets, in 2nd house of finances, signifying a great union of fifty states, super rich power to the world that considers success based purely on a material fusion of factors.

Returning to Philippines 2015 Solar Return chart (a return to the Sun’s position at birth is similar to a birth chart, meaning we are purported to be born anew each year of our evolutionary life), indicating that the Pinoy’s behavior will be cautious and reserved, despite his tra-la-la musical tone when confronted by others in a somewhat problematic situation, typical will be, the people’s behavior towards him.  He will be looked upon with that kind of uneasiness or mistrust which earthworms harbor in front of a really superior being, in whom they feel they might find their master. This is based on the position of Neptune on 10 degrees Pisces at this time of his Solar Return chart.  Aside: I remember a certain passage written in the book Proof of Heaven, by an American neurosurgeon highly trained at Harvard, who said he was reduced on that journey to an “earthworm” to know what it takes to metamorphose from a “worm” to a divine Neptunian butterfly, as indeed Dr. Alexander was flying into heavenly dimensions, listening to the music of the spheres.

This is the story of Dr. Eben Alexander’s journey into the afterlife while he was in severe coma when his own brain was attacked by a rare illness -- the part of the brain that controls thought and emotion-- and in essence makes us human –and it shut down completely for seven days as he lay in coma. Then, as his doctors considered stopping treatment, Alexander’s eyes popped open.  He had come back. His recovery is a medical miracle.  But the real miracle of his story as he tells it, lies elsewhere. While his body lay in coma, Alexander journeyed beyond this world and encountered an angelic being who guided him into the deepest realms of super-physical existence. There he met, and spoke with, the Divine source of the universe itself.

Alexander’s story is not fantasy. Before he underwent his journey, he could not reconcile his knowledge of neuroscience with any belief in heaven, God, or the soul. Today Alexander is a doctor who believes that true health can be achieved only when we realize that God and the soul are real and that death is not the end of personal existence but only a transition.  This story would be remarkable no matter who it happened to.  That it happened to Dr. Alexander makes it revolutionary. No scientist or person of faith will be able to ignore it. Reading it will change your life.

Getting some insight into this neurosurgeon’s story’s briefly and connecting it to the Filipino’s Neptunian character as we touch on the nation’s Solar Return chart of 2015, will help us understand why the Pinoy unschooled or not, better yet commonplace, not well connected with the- powers-that-be at this time, as “he will be looked upon with that kind of uneasiness or mistrust which earthworms harbor in front of a really superior being, in whom they might find their master.  His teachings (the Pinoy) will be rather ignored than fairly discussed and openly fought at this precise time perhaps. There are a few among us at this precise hour who would take it upon themselves “to teach” and “yet are ignored” perhaps because of some hidden fear. As to himself, referring to the more truly enlightened Pinoy, he is so engrossed in his resources as to overlook such trifles, i.e., that of being ignored. The deeper he delves into Nature’s bosom, the more he loves her with a fervor which could be termed religious.  Willing to fore go present glory, he works for those future generations who will in fact regard him as a trail blazer.  Barring harmful influences, his ought to be a long life, marked by a great magnetic force.

MOON on 00 TAURUS  21, (conjunct Part of fortune on 20 Aries, conjunct URANUS on 19Aries 44min) in flowing trine to JUPITER on 18 Leo, the native will have to stand forever on the look-out ready to parry unforeseen attacks, as his destiny has fierce struggles in store.  But in struggles he will surely thrive and revel as if it were his own element, and will engage himself in them to his utmost.  He has a great will-power, is versed in tricks and makeshifts. Reminding oneself  of kung fu or chi-gung or on a higher level, falun dafa which hardly moves, holds his/her grace in silence, as time dictates when to move his inner-control, moving more inwardly in oh so refined, subtle gestures with the intent of healing inwardly the soul, in fact, rectification of the inner man is so desired, the native gets his healing power thru cultivating the spirit, earning virtue from the opponents’ counter-virtue, so that the latter resorts to more lies, to more deceiving, in business deals and trading, yet it’s still all right with him/her, the opponent may simply go on with his deceiving, his violating the Laws,  but not always succeeding, and already asking for help from others to treat an ailing condition, yet the gentle one has shifted on to multiple vibratory levels unseen by ordinary men, as he is parrying for dafa.  Virtue.  Not all Pinoys may  be aware of da fa, the Law, but he/she is very much into the Law, under the protective mantle of the Law, often praying in worship, thanking and trusting, close to the Chalice in the Mass, and can be very reserved in spite of his liking for jokes, arguments and polemics.

Churlish and insensitive to pain, he/she seems born to have things his own way in spite of the war furiously waged against him on all sides, seen or unseen as he has become multidimensional.  At this point, we are not merely touching on the Pinoy here or overseas, more on those who are with him in spirit, regardless of space, age, nationality or belief, he/she may even be endowed with magic powers
.  This is not me, it is no longer me, the author writing, it is the MOON on 00 TAURUS, speaking, in conjunction to Part of Fortune and URANUS in 2nd Hose of finances and values.  Because the MOON is in exaltation in TAURUS, and if your people are not blessed by Heaven's abundance, you can not have the Taurus Moon in a nativity chart, not even in the annual Solar return.  Personally i wish i had my Moon in Taurus, but instead it's my SUN and that's a grander sphere of cosmic influence, meaning I could do more with Solar Fire to lighten the skies, still, it's not as regal and abundant in Grace as the feminine MOON...think about that my friend in cosmic consciousness, the Taurus Moon is very strong because it is in the sign of its exaltation, the emotions tend to be steady and placid, there is a great deal of common sense in handling financial and domestic affairs. and this is also the "green thumb" position, so how can you not think of flowers? A garden with a house, not a house with a tiny piece of garden, but trees Trees fruit-bearing galore in a large estate with flashing silvery water fountains!  You are rich, perhaps a royal duchess of Tindalo!  Flowers in dazzling rainbow hues, just like the early morning of my recent  birthday when my daughter Anna Marie who is born with Moon in Taurus sent me a delivery of baskets of flowers, not all mine, but also for her sis Georgette!  Moreover, the position demands stimulation from other people to launch new financial projects but once projects are begun there is steadfastness, and the persistence to see matters through to their end.  New endeavors are usually not started until old ones have been completed. The position naturally attracts wealth and food galore on the table and emotional security and material comforts called the" good things of life." And the MOON IN TAURUS is heavenly guarded, protected! In the Solar chart of 2015, we have JUPITER IN LEO in flowing trine to Uranus conjunct Part of Fortune and Taurus Moon in the 2nd house of finances to assure us of divine protection that comes suddenly in a flash! .  But pray without ceasing for the Moon's grace to stay with us, Filipinos especially the women you can trust to move mountains to stand as Walls with their rosaries to protect the country from a raging category 5 super typhoon that melts to an LPA , as it hangs before it can hit Philippine shores.  It happened last time to Meywack or Typhoon Ruby.

JUPITER on 18 degrees LEO in glorious trine to URANUS in house of financial dealings, in negative square to PLUTO in 11TH  house of powerful political organizations, and aspirations, an explosive aspect causing the world's turmoil and turbulence in past decades of terrorism joined in by revolutions.  In the Phils. it means .
there are few moral scruples if any in government political blocs, causing big stumbling blocks to good governance, marked by an original mind. inexhaustible resources, never at a loss for PDAF funds so it seems.  A life of travel, exploration, of scientific discoveries, perhaps more or less reckless adventures.  There will be some renown and possible a violent death.   The native ought to remember Dante’s Inferno’s warning.  “You were not born to vegetate like beasts. But to follow the path of truth and virtue.”

Uranus in flowing trine with Jupiter in this Solar Return signifies a sudden piece of good luck, many of the simple, hard-working  Pinoy’s adventures may be transformed into a sudden twist of good luck he is able to escape ambushes or disasters, here and wherever he/she may be. It is a degree of collective karma. Or the victim of his own, either a healer or a great invalid; aggressive and warlike, yet exposed to man’s ambushes and attacks; the political mogul like a current leader capable of immense following, yet liable to fall under the influence of ill advisers.

It’s the picture of the collective karma of mankind.  The Filipino karma is covered by 18 degrees LEO sign of the King, it denotes an uncommon mind, thorough and brilliant at the same time, qualified both to create by itself and to successfully assimilate other people’s hunches and doctrines in the fields of international diplomacy and economic trade and mutual defense treaties The Filipino’s personality is a powerful one, particularly the servant of servants the OFWs with Jupiter and Venus in the 6th house of service,  and will leave its mark.  Obscure as his birth may be, s/he will rise to distinction through his own ingenuity.  In his work, he may appear like a drudger and a grinder, he will get on in his life the share he deserves and, as he is not only endowed with intellectual gifts, but kind, generous and plucky, the Filipino will win many hearts.   .
