THE WINGS OF THE MORNING – 5D ASTROLOGY

Try to realize, Beloved, that in your Ascended condition of life (take note of that, we are already in an Ascended condition, Oh My God!!!), you are always free to use the Pure universal substance for whatever purpose you choose and quality you desire for the requirement at hand, mandates Saint Germaine, sponsor of the Golden Age we are Now entering. Master Kirael calls it the Photon light, and it is the great sea of universal substance from which you can draw without limit. For if you wish to go into the Fourth or Fifth dimension coming from the Third, you will need this universal substance or photonic light that connects everything in a given moment.

As Jung has said:
The decisive question for man is: Are you related to something infinite or not?
That is the criterion of his life… Only consciousness of our narrow confinement in the form of the self forms the link to the limitlessness of the unconscious.

Whither shall I go from the thy spirit? Or whither shall I flee from

In asking ‘why’ and ‘how’ we miss the vitally important fact that there is a correlation between the heavenly bodies and ourselves. We can be so busy working out what the correlation is, that we fail to experience it. We ask the purpose of Astrology. It is to help people understand themselves and the universe of which they are a part. It is to realize the connection between the inner and outer. It is to experience the real. The needful thing is not to ‘know’ the truth, said Jung, but to EXPERIENCE it. The philosopher will ask ‘why?’ To provide the meaning, the myth for man in this Age of Aquarius, the Shift in Consciousness, we need to be in touch with ourselves, and with the multi-dimensional universe and the substance that binds it into one.

No amount of intellectual rationalization can bring us nearer to the truth. ‘I believe in order to understand,’ said Anselm. We can see that our lives on Earth are reflected in the movements of the planets and indeed by everything else around us. I believe mankind has now reached a new stage of evolution when we will be able to use our powers to widen our understanding as never before. Whether we use these powers to help humanity and the rest of life or to destroy it depends on the realization of our role and place in the universe.

If mankind continues to qualify the UNIVERSAL substance of life with perishability and limitation, says Saint Germaine of the Ascended Host or saints, and if the bodies it uses today are expressing these characteristics, it means the entire human race has storms of hate, anger, revenge, and many other outbursts of feelings that have been recorded over the centuries by the Four elements – air, fire, water, earth, and the latter return them to man through the world of nature as storms, as tornadoes, as overflooding. The people of the earth have cataclysms of thought and feelings as resentment against each other, against injustice, against places and things, knowingly and unknowingly sending out the feelings of revenge.Such cataclysms are but Nature’s way of purifying and shaking herself free from the contamination of human discordant thought and feelings, and returning to the pristine condition of God Purity, continues Saint Germaine. Each moment, he is also giving a quality of some kind to the Pure Substance of God. This quality he creates and generates, he must receive it back into his mind and body, for all things in the Universe move in circles, and thus returns unto their source.

The Ascended Masters have learned the Law of the Circle – the Law of the One. Hence, we improve upon the Pure Universal Substance only the quality we wish to use for the special work in hand. If we desire a manifestation to express a certain length of time, we set the time, give the command and the substance of which that special manifestation as composed responds accordingly.

In the case of the records of the Royal Teton and certain retreats through out the outside world, it is necessary for our work that certain things be made imperishable in order to be maintained during the centuries. We decree that quality unto them, and they record exactly the decree, for Nature never dies. She is a Truthful recorder of the qualities playing upon Her. She obeys us and also obeys Man; but there is a certain activity within Her that mankind is either in ignorance of or else stubbornly refuses to acknowledge. For this ignorance and stubbornness, it pays and pays and pays continually until the individual self learns and does acknowledge the Fundamental Eternal Truth. It is the Law of the One – the Law of Love – the Law of the Circle – the Law of Perfection. Aside: I didn't know yet about the sacred circle, the Law of the Circle, but I recall my early penchant for making the design of my chairs and tables at home with the 'circle' topping them. Round tables are always preferred. Somehow there must be a solar disc dominating the design of our main door that was to greet you once you deigned to get an entry onto our domain for a visit.

When humanity really does learn that Truth and obeys its Everlasting Decree, the discord of earth and the destructive activities of the Four elements – Fire, Air, Water, Earth – will cease. There is a Self-generating and Self-purifying Force within Nature that rises and throws off all that disagrees with the Law of the One.


THE CENTER OF THE CIRCLE – the correlation between the inner and outer.

Says Heraclitus -- the stream of creation and dissolution never stops …All things come out of the one, and the one out of all things. In our study of Astro-dynamics we learn that there is a correlation between the earth and the heavenly bodies – the planets in the sky ‘out there’ on one hand, and the events happening on the Earth and the human psyche, on the other. We have traveled around the circle seeking explanation and meaning, and we are still in various degrees of disagreement. We love to disagree for the sake of a discussion, but I can sense there’s an underlying unity in all of us which we simply do not acknowledge. Simply because it’s nice to be a devil’s advocate now and then, heheheh. At least for awhile, until Pagasa the weather man declares there’s a big storm coming and being in the Path of typhoons, the evolving people of these islands would inadvertently cease to make noise, to unite and focus on doing their yogic exercises to go into silence and pray. My prayer is – Holy Mary, Mother of Miracles,
I surrender to you the coming cataclysm, I accept God’s unconditional love and see the miracle kingdom manifest. Manifest Thy law. Manifest Thy law. Manifest Thy miracle kingdom on earth, manifest.


When the international and local weather forecasters saw “Cheding” international code name –“Sondra,” intensifying into a Category 4 storm, all hands were on deck to prevent anyone going out into the sea, for the coastguards, and for the rest of the military to keep the people prepared. We waited for Thursday, then Friday, May 26- 27, 2011, for a possible landfall, and when two days and a half passed, and no threatening winds came, instead the sun came out of the enveloping shadows to shine in the morning of Friday, we knew Cheding hanged, and was losing its strength because a strong pressure from the top of Luzon appeared to have dissuaded it from further pushing to make a landfall. Ahay, we all gave out a sigh of relief, and said, Thank You, Thank You to the God in Action, the Ever-expanding Luminous Essence of Creation. For our prayers were answered.

It could have been deadly, if we didn’t connect to the Source. This is not the first time a phenomenal event happened by way of literally stopping a supertyphoon on its path in this country. I would attribute the phenomenon to the Phil. independence chart of June 12, which is blessed by a 'Mystical Rectangle' configuration of planetary energies symbolic of a Walled Garden with its ramparts shielding it against the threat of storms. A positive karmic symbol of a conscious life that has been obviously earned by willing to be aligned with the Divine Will of Love and Light. I would like to refer you to a previous posting in this weblog recounting that time but at the moment I must refresh my memory to recall the date I wrote about it. It's however, archived in this website.

It merely shows that within the Life of every human being, as Sainte Germaine tells us, there is the Power by which a human can express all that the Ascended Masters express each moment..... if he but chooses to do so. All Life contains the Will, but only the Self-Conscious human is free to determine upon its own course of expression. If he does, he has willed and chosen to love as Self-Conscious Life. Those of us who have raised the body has accomplished the Ascension by giving all unto the GodSelf within, hence It expresses the Perfect Qualities of the Divine Plan of Life.

I believe with astrologer Gregory Szanto that mankind has now reached a new stage in its evolution when we will be able to use the power within the self to use the Universal Substance of life or the Photon light of Infinity to command the forces of nature. Others have eagerly awaited the Age of Aquarius as a time of fulfillment and new hope, a time of understanding when humanity can at least come into its own. No doubt there has never been a more critical and more turbulent time than this in the history of mankind as we become aware we indeed, are ascending to a higher realm of consciousness.

What we need to do to provide mankind with the meaning it seeks, is to bring about the unity of the individual with the whole. The way to achieve this is to understand the Law of the Circle, the Law of One which is a paradox. Astrology enables us to do this because in the symbolism of the Horoscope, we can see, and experience, the Self that we need to become. The paradox is that the Horoscope is the moment we were born, and as such it is the pattern that exists at a moment and at no other. Check out your birthcharts, solar returns and transits. .

Once that moment has passed, the universe will never again be the same to you. It is the moment of your birth that tells you must align yourself with the universe as it is at that particular time, you should function in accordance with that time rather than with the time of your birth. That, however is not so. For in separating our actions from ourselves, we alienate ourselves from our true nature and from the universe. This is what has happened in our civilization. We are no longer a part of ourselves.

In separating inner from outer, we have alienated ourselves from our source and from each other. This situation appears to be a paradox because we are aligning our personal Horoscope with the ever changing pattern of the universe at any particular time, indeed at all times. That’s why the planets – Sun, Venus, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter were in alignment on May 21, to show us the way how to align to the Power of the universe. That’s why it is very important that an astrologer guides his client with periodic movement of planets on his personal planets called Transits as positioned in his birthchart within the cycles of time—a Saturn cycle, a Jupiter cycle, Pluto entering the First house, and making a Turning Point. In this way we are combining Kronos (linear time) and Kairos (eternity). The paradox which consists of apparently diametrically opposed principles is resolved especially in karmic relationships when we recognize that we are a part of the whole. That moment we were born is not only a separate moment of time, but it is a part of the whole, and like any other part, the whole is reflected in it.

This holistic view, I have always stressed in my weblog, is learning to see in a new way, in a way which can be called our coming into the Fifth Dimension. Our birth is the first coming, this new one is a second, in kinship with the Christ or Buddha, or the Ascended Masters, saints of all times and races. This is the contribution that Astrology has to offer to humanity as it has entered the Aquarian Age, a golden age, an age of an astrological understanding of the universe by EXPERIENCING the universe.
